Our Pizzas are made from traditional Italian dough, hand stretched and cooked to order on the stone of our wood burning oven.
Fresh Pasta is handmade each morning on the premises as well as all our home baked breads; Foccacia and Ciabatta to bespoke olive and herb breads to name but a few.
Our sauces are made from imported Italian vine ripened tomatoes and topped with a selection of the finest cheeses, choice meats and freshest vegetables, herbs and spices.

Di Bosco, created by head chef Nicola Rexha of Pappa Roma Restaurant has been crowned the National Pizza of the Year at the National Pizza Awards.

Rexha’s Signature Pizza Di Bosco – which means ‘From the Woods’ – was praised by the judges for its seasonality, high quality and perfectly balanced flavours

At the Grand Final, which was held on 3 October at Islington Metal Works, London, 13 finalists competed, including Dough & Brew, Da MARA, Craft and Dough, The Dolphin, Pizza Pilgrims, Bunga Bunga Battersea, Theo’s Pizzeria, Firezza & Santa Maluco
